What counts toward the 100-worker limit?
The current entitlement counts worker records whose operational status is marked Active. It is not a count of workers who happened to work during the billing month.
Is there a free plan?
A limited free entitlement supports initial account evaluation with up to two jobs and two worker records. It does not include a monthly timesheet allowance.
Are accounting integrations included automatically?
Xero, QuickBooks and Sage connection workflows are available when the relevant provider credentials, authorisation and implementation scope are configured.
Does FitterFlow process payroll?
No. FitterFlow calculates supported operational pay values and records, but payroll processing and statutory submissions remain outside the product.
